Terms of Service

1. Who we are

These Terms govern your use of productsdecoded.com (the “Site”) and any workshop, cohort, or product you buy through it. Products Decoded is operated by Debashis Nayak, based in Bhubaneswar, Odisha, India. “We”, “us”, and “our” refer to Products Decoded. “You” refers to the person using the Site or attending a workshop.

By booking a seat or making a purchase, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not book.

2. What you are buying

The AI Masterclass for Builders (Claude) is a live, online, two-day workshop held on 22 to 23 August 2026, taught by Debashis Nayak (Products Decoded) and Amit Kurhekar (TransformTechX). Your seat includes the live sessions, the Friday setup clinic, the community access, and the materials described on the workshop page. Seats are limited to 25 per batch.

The workshop is delivered jointly with TransformTechX. When you book on this Site, your payment is collected by Products Decoded and your contract for the seat is with Products Decoded.

3. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old to book. You confirm that the name, email, and phone number you provide are accurate, so we can send you the joining details and setup checklist.

4. Payment

Prices are shown on the workshop page in Indian Rupees and are processed through Razorpay. The price you see at checkout is the price you pay. Where GST applies, it is shown at checkout. Booking is confirmed once payment succeeds and you receive our confirmation email.

5. Cancellations and refunds

Cancellations, transfers, and refunds are governed by our Refund & Cancellation Policy, which forms part of these Terms.

6. Your conduct in the workshop

The workshop is for your own learning. You agree not to record, resell, redistribute, or publicly share the sessions, materials, or community content without our written permission. We may remove anyone who is disruptive or abusive to instructors or other participants, without refund.

7. What you build

Anything you build during the workshop on your own machine is yours. The teaching materials, runbooks, slides, and recordings remain the intellectual property of Products Decoded and TransformTechX, licensed to you for your personal use only.

8. Setup and third-party tools

The workshop uses Claude and other third-party tools. You are responsible for your own accounts and subscriptions to those tools where required. We send the exact requirements before the setup clinic. We are not responsible for changes, outages, or pricing of third-party services.

9. No guarantee of outcomes

We teach a method and help you build real working agents. We do not guarantee any specific business, financial, or career outcome. What you get out of the workshop depends on your participation.

10. Limitation of liability

To the extent permitted by law, our total liability to you for anything connected with a workshop is limited to the amount you paid for your seat. We are not liable for indirect or consequential losses.

11. Changes

We may update these Terms. The version in force is the one published here on the date of your purchase. Material changes to a workshop you have already booked will be communicated to you by email.
