Refund & Cancellation Policy

This policy covers seats purchased for the AI Masterclass for Builders (Claude) and any other live workshop sold on productsdecoded.com. Seats are limited (25 per batch), so please read the cancellation windows before you book.

1. If you cancel your seat

Email debashis.deb94@gmail.com from the address you booked with, quoting your Razorpay order or payment ID. Refunds are calculated from the workshop start date (22 August 2026):

• 7 or more days before (on or before 15 August 2026): full refund.
• 3 to 6 days before (16 to 18 August 2026): 50% refund, or a free transfer to the next batch.
• Within 72 hours of the start, or after the workshop begins: no refund, because your seat has been held and counted against the 25-seat cap.

Instead of a refund, you may transfer your seat to a future batch once, at no charge, if you tell us at least 72 hours before the start.

2. If we cancel or reschedule

If Products Decoded cancels the workshop, or reschedules it to a date you cannot attend, you get a full refund or a free transfer to a future batch, your choice. This applies regardless of the timing.

3. How refunds are paid

Eligible refunds are processed within 5 to 7 business days to your original payment method via Razorpay. Your bank may add 1 to 3 days. You receive the full amount you paid.

4. What is not refundable

• Seats cancelled inside the 72-hour window or after the workshop has started.
• No-shows. If you do not attend and did not cancel in time, the seat is not refundable, though we will share the recording and materials.

5. Chargebacks

Please contact us first so we can resolve any issue directly. Raising a bank or card chargeback before contacting us may delay resolution and can result in your seat being cancelled pending the dispute.
